Mindfulness, Calm Abiding, Mahamudra and Dzogchen
Learn what it means to forgive, why we should forgive and who is actually to be forgiven. This is an inquiry into harboring guilt, hurt and resentment, and composting old wounds into fresh soil; laying the ground for a regenerative and transformative garden. In this one day retreat, Lama Choying will take us through the discovery of how Cheri Huber, Desmond Tutu and the Kor Sum of Buddhist path, can teach us about the path of forgiveness, why it is necessary and what is in the way of granting it. Tissues not provided 😉
The fundamental issue can often be that as conditioned beings we can't see reality as it truly is. On this day retreat we will be exploring themes from the Life Of The Buddha, particularly the three marks of conditioned existence and how by applying the principles of meditation and Buddhist insight, we can begin to experience the path of awakening, leading towards freedom from suffering.

Join our 12-week course, "The Way to Enhance the Development of Non-Dual Practice: Becoming Stable and Proficient." This course is designed for experienced practitioners ready to deepen their non-dual awareness and achieve greater stability in their practice. Explore four key areas: 1. Enhancing Practice: Learn advanced methods to stabilize and deepen your non-dual practice. 2. Removing Hindrances: Identify and eliminate obstacles such as mistaken views and subtle distractions. 3. Progressing on the Path: Discover correct approaches for steady and meaningful progress. 4. Manifesting the Result: Understand how the results of your practice manifest and integrate them into your daily life.
In this 12-week course, we will explore the profound teachings of Mahamudra, also known as the “The Great Seal," offering a direct path to realizing the nature of mind, guiding practitioners through deep levels of insight into the true nature of reality. The Four Yogas of Mahamudra provide a structured progression of meditative development, leading from focused attention to the culmination of non-dual awareness and complete liberation. These teachings come from the Kagyu lineage but are accessible to anyone interested in deepening their practice, regardless of prior experience with Mahamudra. Each stage offers tools for calming the mind, overcoming habitual patterns, and realizing innate wisdom.
