The Dzogchen teachings are the highest and most direct teachings of the Buddha on the nature of mind. In this retreat we will discover our own inner beauty and realize the everlasting peace of liberation for ourselves and all beings. Lama Chokyidhakpa (Michael Gregory) former Buddhist Monk, Leading Buddhist Teacher and Founder of Mindfulness Meditation Centers. He will give these rare and essential heart instructions according to the great 14th century Dzogchen master, Longchenpa, from The Basic Space of Phenomena Tantra.

All are welcome although a minimum of one hour daily commitment to meditation is required for attendance.
Retreat Schedule
The retreat daily schedule was one morning teaching session, one Tibetan yoga session, and several meditation sessions along with breakfast, lunch, tea and dinner breaks.
The retreat was offered online through zoom and in person at Quiet Mind Mountain Retreat Center from March 6 - 15, 2020

About Lama Michael
Lama Michael Gregory started this community over 25 years ago, as a former Buddhist Monk and Western Buddhist Teacher. He has shared that he can never fully repay the debt of kindness shown to him by several revered figures in Buddhism, including the XIV Dalai Lama, the XVII Karmapa--Orgyen Trinley Dorje, Gyaltsab Rinpoche, Bokar Rinpoche, Thrangu Rinpoche, HH Dodrupchen Rinpoche and Penor Rinpoche. These teachers have offered the empowerment cycles of Rinchen Terzo and Dam Ngak Dzod.
