Join us for the 22nd Annual 30 Day Dzogchen Retreat, led by Lama Michael, a former Buddhist Monk, and Three Year Retreat teacher. This retreat will focus on the practices of the seminal Dzogchen Semde Tantra, The All Creating Sovereign (Kunjyed Gyalpo) and commentary by Longchenpa, translated as, You Are The Eyes of the World.
The step by step instructions will deepen your Dzogchen practice and assist you in gaining the necessary stability in Tsa Lung Trulkhor, Thogal and Trekcho.
The retreat emphasis will be on the direct introduction to the nature of mind, including explanations of the natural state and methods for recognizing it.

The All Creating Sovereign 30 Day Retreat offers rare and profound practices in this retreat are Khorde Rushen, Tsa Lung Trulkhor, and Thogal. The retreat begins on May 26th - June 25th online or at Pemako Retreat San Diego. In person participants can also enjoy the direct guidance of on site Three Year Retreat Yogis for Tibetan yoga instruction.
The retreat will focus on the beautiful teachings and meditations from the fundamental tantra of the Great Perfection mind division (semde) instructions known as the The All Creating Sovereign (Kunjed Gyalpo)
The mind division (Semdé) emphasizes the clarity (salwa) and the innate awareness (rig-pa) aspect of the Natural State.
The retreat teaching will emphasize that the totality of phenomena presented to us is nothing more than apparitions or projections of the mind.
The retreat emphasis will be on the direct introduction to the natural state of mind, including explanations of this state and methods for recognizing it.
Each day, Lama Michael will guide you with teachings, pointing out instructions, and guided meditations. You'll also have the opportunity to practice these precious instructions in-depth and participate in daily restorative Tibetan yoga.
Two texts are required for the retreat:Â
The Supreme Source by Chogyal Namkhai Norbu and The Yoga of Illusion, by Chokyi Dhakpa.
All are welcome, but a minimum of one hour daily commitment to meditation is required for attendance.

About Lama Michael
Lama Michael Gregory started this community over 25 years ago, as a former Buddhist Monk and Western Buddhist Teacher. He has shared that he can never fully repay the debt of kindness shown to him by several revered figures in Buddhism, including the XIV Dalai Lama, the XVII Karmapa--Orgyen Trinley Dorje, Gyaltsab Rinpoche, Bokar Rinpoche, Thrangu Rinpoche, HH Dodrupchen Rinpoche and Penor Rinpoche. These teachers have offered the empowerment cycles of Rinchen Terzo and Dam Ngak Dzod.
Lama Michael has led hundreds of meditation retreats on almost every subject matter related to Buddhism and has led meditative pilgrimages throughout Thailand, Tibet, Bhutan, Nepal, and India. He currently directs the practicing and teaching schedule offering the highest teachings of Maha, Anu, and Ati Yoga in a simple, clear, and direct way with a focus on direct experience and integration of these teachings into daily life as a lived path of awakening.
