Course Description
Tibetan Yoga, or Tsa Lung Trulkhor, focuses on yogic jumps and falls to open the body's subtle channels. This promotes harmonious movement of vital energies, paving the path for higher states of vivid, blissful non-conceptual awareness. These practices stem from the Tibetan text of the Oral Tradition of Cakrasambhava or Demchog.
In this course, Lama Kinley will demonstrate these profound movements from the Nyingma Palyul tradition.
At the course's zenith, students will acquaint themselves with Tummo or Inner Heat, a core aspect of the Six Yogas of Naropa, and Dzogrim, one of the pivotal practices of the Vajrayana path.
